Reservations

Boarding reservations can only be guaranteed with an advance credit card deposit at the time of booking. Payment for accommodations and additional services will be paid for at time of check-out less the deposit. Exceptions include clients with extended stays. Stays exceeding two weeks that are not utilizing a pre-paid boarding package (for pre-paid boarding package pricing, see our rate card), require payment of on a bi-weekly basis.

Similar to a human hotel, the pet hotel utilizes rack and holiday/peak period pricing.

Rack Periods

Reservations require a one (1) night’s advance deposit and must be cancelled with at least five (5) days notice prior to arrival date. Failure to cancel reservation without at least five (5) days notice prior to arrival date (including a “no-show”) will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Holiday/peak Periods

Reservations require a two (2) night minimum stay, a two (2) night advance deposit and must be cancelled with at least five (5) days notice prior to arrival date. Failure to cancel a holiday/peak period reservation without at least five (5) days prior to arrival date (including a “no-show”) will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Multiple Family Members

Additional living space is available for those who would like their family’s pets (of the same species) to stay together. We offer a 30% discount on the rate for each additional pet staying in the same suite.

Extended/Long Term Stays

The Barkley Pet Hotel & Day Spa offers discounted pre-paid boarding packages. Discount packages begin at 20 nights, have no expiration date, and are not subject to seasonal and variable rate changes. Stays exceeding two weeks and that are not utilizing a pre-paid boarding package require require payment of on a bi-weekly basis
